Eagan, MN-In response to recent legislative and regulatory changes affecting Federal Housing Administration loans, AllRegs has created a service to support the increased use of FHA loan programs. Known as the AllRegs FHA Hotline, this service is being made available to support the industry at a time when FHA business is growing exponentially and organizations are looking for resources to get them in the game.
The AllRegs FHA Hotline will provide answers to questions about the FHA program, program changes, how to become an FHA lender, business advice on what to do with borrowers as it applies to the FHA, interpretation of the regulations and interpretation of the new law recently enacted. Advice on operational details with regard to FHA loans, processes, downpayments and other matters will be provided.
"Our customers want a person they can ask questions of regarding FHA loans. They need help and our FHA Hotline is here to support them," said Dan Thoms, senior vice president of AllRegs, in a news release. "Our FHA Solution Center, which integrates our publishing of the FHA manuals in AllRegs Online, is now responsible for training thousands of folks in their buildings across the country."
The AllRegs FHA Hotline features the following benefits:
