Making a donation can sometimes feel like an obligation, even a chore, but I believe you should get pleasure from giving. If you care about the organization and know where your contribution is going, it can be one of the most fulfilling ways to spend your money.
Be proactive. For many people, philanthropy is reactivesomething they feel pressured into by friends or colleagues.
