[Presenter] The presidential spokesman, Homayun Hamidzada, has described the scheme to form auxiliary forces as a means of strengthening ethnic groups and enabling the Afghan people to ensure security in the country.

[Spokesman in Dari] There is misunderstanding and confusion as to the role of auxiliary forces. Basically, forming auxiliary forces is aimed at strengthening ethnic groups and influential figures in order to get the people involved in ensuring security in the country and it is not the creation of militias.
