ABU DHABI, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - UAE telco Etisalat has announced up to 64 per cent reduction in rates for all calls and SMS to Palestine, starting January 1, 2009.

The reduced rates will be effective round the clock throughout January 2009, the operator said in a press release.
