DHAKA, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) will soon start its drive against unauthorized internet service providers (ISPs) and cyber caf service providers (CCSPs).

The decision was made by BTRC, the watchdog of Bangladesh's telecommunication sector, to bring about some discipline in the sector as the number of ISPs and CCSPs is growing indiscriminately but providing poor services.

The BTRC also took a decision on December 30 to bring the ISPs and CCSPs within the ambit of license.
