Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) is expected to see its revenues dropping by 30 percent in 2009 even as it is engaged in restoring its Taj Mahal Palace and Tower luxury hotel after the recent terrorist attack in Mumbai. The hotel is unable to take any bookings for the next few months and revenues from some of its high-margin businesses such as food and beverages and retail outlets on the property also have been affected.
