THIS is a car with attitude that undeniably stands out on the road.

Love or hate it, the X6 is a convention-defier in SUV (sports utility vehicle) design with its sloping coupe roofline in the rear and athletic, though bug-like proportions.

However, it would be wrong to call it an SUV as BMW touts the four-seater X6 as the world's first sports activity coupe.

The X6 definitely has dramatic looks with its muscular surfaces, powerfully flared wheel arches and high waistline.
