Grace and manners make Asian women the pick.

AN analysis of the listings in recent issues of five popular catalogues featuring 1,400 Asian women found that 70 per cent of them were Filipino, many of whom were domestic workers in other countries.

Indonesians made up 16 per cent, Thais eight per cent, Malaysian and Japanese two per cent each, and Koreans and Chinese one per cent each. In terms of age, 61 per cent are under the age of 25. Prospective brides from Asia are said to have many qualities ensuring that they are constantly in demand.
