KBC Pensioenfonds, the E788m Belgian pension fund, is to expand its real estate investments into eastern Europe.
Edwin Meysmans, managing director and pension fund secretary at KBC, said that there were a number of interesting real estate opportunities in the region.
He said: "We are looking at investing in eastern European real estate. We have the people there on the ground who know the market."
