Well, we all woke up Thursday, October 3 to find ourselves in the U.S.S.A.! No longer are we creeping toward socialism in this country. The Senate bailout vote was a giant leap. (See the "Freedom Index" in our October 27 issue to find out how your senators voted.) Both major-party presidential candidates voted for socialism and yet voters continued to defend and support both of them.
