At press time, Mental Health Weekly learned that the Senate on May 22 passed legislation that would enact a one-year moratorium on several proposed federal regulations to Medicaid, including proposed cuts that would reduce access to rehabilitative and case management services and school outreach support (see MHW, April 14).
