CANBERRA, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Australian stocks market closed higher Friday thanks to the better performance of the banking sector.
The benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index closed 7.5 points higher at 3272.0 while the all ordinaries index advanced 7.0 points to 3283.6.
