In Q3, BZ WBK generated net profits of ZL247.1m, which constitutes a 9-percent year-on-year improvement. After the first three quarters, its revenue amounts to ZL2.47bn and is 11 percent higher in comparison to the respective figure from 2007. Costs went up 16 percent and settled at ZL1.28bn. "The economic slowdown is beginning to show. Companies are either slowing down their investment programmes or putting them on hold," says the bank's CEO Mateusz Morawiecki.
