Budapest, November 10 (MTI) - The city of Pecs in southern Hungary finished second in a global competition among liveable communities (LivCom Awards) in Dongguan, China, on Monday, a spokesman for Pecs told MTI.

Pecs, which will be one of the three European capitals of culture, trailed only Broadland, England, in the category of cities with 75,000 to 225,000 residents, Gyorgy Panics said.
