NEW DELHI, Nov 3 Asia Pulse - Pharmaceuticals company Ranbaxy Laboratory (BSE:500359) is looking for USFDA approved plants for acquisition both in India and abroad to minimise the losses it incurred due to the imposition of ban on its 30 generic medicines by the US drug regulator.

"We are looking for everything possible; the US market is very important for us and we will do everything to get there as soon as possible," Ranbaxy CEO Malvinder Mohan Singh told reporters here.

The company is looking to shift manufacturing of some of these banned drugs to other FDA plants in India and in US both.

The company is looking to acquire FDA aproved manufacturing facilites overses as soon as possible.
