I am a Bulgarian citizen who just read your article "Visa Waiver for Bulgaria Is Good for U.S. Security?" (August 4 issue), which ridiculed the U.S. plan to allow Bulgarians to travel to the United States for up to 90 days without having to obtain a visa. We do have our problems with the people governing us, but claiming that they are a channel for revenue and weapons for the terrorist organizations, come on!
