Calls from victims of allegedly toxic sofas are coming into a law firm at the rate of two a week.
Hundreds of people nationwide have suffered severe skin reactions blamed on leather sofas sold by several High Street stores.
Extreme cases have involved customers needing hospital treatment and extensive time off work, and there has even been one death blamed on the sofas, said solicitors.
Leicester company Harvey Ingram has revealed it is being contacted, on average, by seven alleged sofa victims every month, since the Mercury first reported the issue in April.
