A man who died in a motorway smash that left his wife and daughter seriously injured when a delivery van crashed sending beer barrels flying was named yesterday.
Head teacher Daniel Slinn, 44, died instantly after a van lost control and careered across the central reservation of the M5 before overturning and hitting his car.
The 36-year-old van driver and his 35-year-old wife, both from Coventry, died instantly.
