Keith Girdley returned to his Hampton Crossroads, Tennessee, house just before 10 a.m. on May 15 because his daughter called him "about a strange man in the neighborhood banging on windows," reported newschannel5.com. As Girdley was about to mount the steps and enter his house, a man exited Girdley's house carrying stolen items.
