In reference to your article "Bias in Media Coverage" (August 4), I couldn't agree more with the conclusion that the media is wrongfully concluding that global warming is anthropogenic (human caused) and particularly that such a consensus exists among the scientific community. Never has such a mistaken conclusion been so politicized before and presented to the public as gospel.

The number of thoughtful scientists who have courageously rejected this so-called consensus at the possible cost of loss of funding of their research grants by the federal government number in the thousands, if not tens of thousands.
