The Justice Ministry submitted a penal code, penal proceeding code and executive penal code amendment for interministerial consultations. The changes are to concern obligatory medical treatment for paedophiles and persons who are guilty of committing rape on a relative.

Historic Monuments Protection

The Senate Legislative Committee and the Culture and Media Committee passed an amendment of the Historic Monuments Care and Protection Act. The bill stipulates that all archaeological research concerning an investment whose costs exceeds two percent of said investment has to be subsidised by the Culture Minister.
