Poland was accused by the European Commission at the European Court of Justice for failing to comply with directives concerning the operation of finance market, especially the update to regulations on dealings with financial instruments (MiFID regulations). The President directed the update to the Constitutional Tribunal, which delayed its implementation. The European Commission was not informed about it, though.
