The update to the law on the freedom of economic activity made it possible for one person businesses to be suspended in their operation for a period between 1 to 24 months. After that time, there are 30 days for the owner of the firm to decide about the deletion from the register of enterprises or resume the business activity. The deletion will not happen automatically; the evidencing authority is expected to remind the businessman of the possibility of resuming the activity.
