The head of Energy Regulatory Office, Mariusz Swora, announced that full liberation of energy prices from January 2009 is not possible, as energy companies have not yet fulfilled all the necessary conditions. These include the increase of market competition, strengthening of the clients' position and expansion of the regulatory office's competences.
