Mumbai, Oct 1 (PTI) B K Modi-controlled Spice Mobiles today said that Divya Modi along with four other directors have resigned from the board of the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Spice Mobiles said Divya Modi, Suresh Kumar Jain, Ashok Kumar Goyal, Rajiv Kumar Sharma and AVK Mohan have resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from September 30.
