COLOMBO, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - Sri Lanka's central bank has relaxed its 12.00 per cent discount window by allowing commercial banks and dealers to access it six times a month from the current three times a month.
The central bank also has a penal discount window at 19.00 per cent, which can be accessed at any time.
