AUSTRALIA'S PAPERLINX SOUNDS A$300 MLN RIGHTS ISSUE TO CUT DEBTS.
MELBOURNE, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - Australia-based PaperlinX Ltd (ASX:PPX) has announced a A$300 million (US$236.79 million) accelerated non-renounceable rights issue to fund a $150 million reduction in its debt.
The local paper manufacturer and merchant is seeking to raise $200 million from an offer to institutions which will be settlement underwritten by Deutsche Bank AG and Macquarie Capital Advisers Ltd, the company said in a statement.
