INDIA'S SOUTHERN REGION MOST BULLISH ON HIRING PLANS: SURVEY.
NEW DELHI, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - Employers in India's southern region have the strongest hiring intentions for the next three months and sectors such as mining, oil and gas, and construction are likely to report the most bullish recruitment plans, staffing services firm Manpower said.
Out of the four zones, the southern region is most optimistic with 52 per cent employers saying they have positive hiring plans while the eastern region is least optimistic with only 43 per cent believing they would hire in the coming quarter.
The most bullish hiring intentions were reported in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, and construction. Out of the four regions, three are likely to report the most positive recruitment plans except the northern zone, Manpower said.
