The German telecom regulator BNA has lowered three one time activation or transfer fees that Deutsche Telekom charges for access to its fixed network. From 1 July, the one time activation fee for the unbundled local loop is EUR 36.19 instead of EUR 43.10, the fee for transferring a LLU back to Deutsche Telekom is EUR 5.21 and alternative providers have to pay EUR 20.93 if they keep the LLU or transfer the customer to a competitor.
