Manche Telecom will deploy two FTTH networks with 26,000 connection points before 1 September 2009 in Cherbourg and Saint-Lo. Half of the residents of the two cities will have access to PONs offering 50 to 100 Mbps access at an average cost of EUR 30 to EUR 40 per month.
