Spanish ICT provider Tecnocom has signed the purchase of Getronics's Iberian subsidiary for EUR 80 million to EUR 95 million. The higher buying price is subject to Getronics Iberia achieving a EUR 7.75 million EBITDA in the first half, a figure currently being revised by auditors.
