French ISPs have shown clear improvement in customer services, but their remain some problems among a handful of providers, according to consumer and anti-fraud department DGCCRF. ISPs committed to improving their QoS in February. DGCCRF received 17,175 complaints in the first half, 10,380 of which were internet related.
