Spanish internet subscribers rose to 7.43 million at the end of the second quarter, from 7.11 million three months earlier, according to telecommunication regulator CMT. The strongest increase was in 3 Mbps lines, as Telefonica continued its migration of 1 Mbps customers to 3 Mbps. The 3 Mbps lines rose to 1.41 million from 905,857.
