Two female Yale law students have identified a defendant in their federal lawsuit alleging defamation and harassment over the Internet.
Through subpoenas to Internet service providers, the women finally learned the identities of people who allegedly posted anonymous, defamatory comments about them, according to court papers. The women have learned the identities of several defendants, but at this point have only named one. Most of them are law students intent on discrediting their competition.
