A Milwaukee mother of two has turned her grad school thesis into a growing fitness business dedicated to teaching women pole dancing, strip tease and lap dancing.

When Patricia Hockin needed to develop a business plan for school, the technology employee for Kohl's department stores created the plan for a women's fitness gym called Miss Pole.
