Mr. Muhammad Abdul Aleem is the Managing Director of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Gold Medalist) and a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant by profession. Mr. Aleem has attended numerous professional management development courses conducted by leading international organizations including a certificate course in Marketing management from Stanford University, USA and an IT certificate course from Indiana University, USA. Mr. Aleem has about 20 years experience of oil refining, petrochemicals and oil marketing (NRL / ESSO Fertilizer / ESSO Singapore). Thereafter he joined British American Tobacco, UK group in 1990 and worked for 14 years in Pakistan, Singapore, Cambodia and Mauritius / Indian Ocean region. On his return to Pakistan in 2004, he has worked for two large GOP owned corporations, PTCL and PIA before moving into PSO in February, 2008.
