Mr. Muhammad Abdul Aleem is the Managing Director of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Gold Medalist) and a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant by profession. Mr. Aleem has attended numerous professional management development courses conducted by leading international organizations including a certificate course in Marketing management from Stanford University, USA and an IT certificate course from Indiana University, USA. Mr. Aleem has about 20 years experience of oil refining, petrochemicals and oil marketing (NRL/ESSO Fertilizer/ESSO Singapore). Thereafter he joined British American Tobacco, UK group in 1990 and worked for 14 years in Pakistan, Singapore, Cambodia and Mauritius/Indian Ocean region. On his return to Pakistan in 2004, he has worked for two large GOP owned corporations, PTCL and PIA before moving into PSO in February, 2008.

Mr. Zaiviji Ismail is the Chairman Shell Companies in Pakistan and Managing Director Shell Pakistan Limited. He is an MBA from Cranfield UK, joined Shell Malaysia Trading in 1990 as Project Manager, Marketing Systems. He served in various positions in Marketing, Operations and Retail with Shell Malaysia Trading. He has also served as GM Retail Sales and Operations in Shell Oman from 1999 to 2002. He moved to Shell Pakistan Limited in 2003 as GM Retail Sales and Operations. He is currently serving as Chairman Shell Companies in Pakistan and Managing Director Shell Pakistan Limited since September 2006.

Mr. Azim Iqbal Siddiqui was appointed as Managing Director, Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. (SSGC) in September 2007. Having joined the company in 1974, Mr. Siddiqui has held diverse portfolios in SSGC and has a distinguished and a prolific career in several management positions. After a stint in the Constructions Department, he was transferred to the Company's Material Management Department where he worked in managerial capacity for ten years. In the Company's Human Resources Department where he spent eleven productive years, he eventually rose to the position of Deputy General Manager (Human Resources). He took over as General Manager (Customer Services) in 2001 where he was promoted as Senior General Manager, Customer Services in 2006.
