Everyday, we are confronted with challenges that test the ways we interact with others. These challenges appear in both our personal and professional lives. Do we react in a therapeutic or nontherapeutic manner? Can we strive to master a more healthy and healing interaction with others? Both of these questions were discussed and solutions proposed in a recent seminar I attended on preventing and diffusing conflict in challenging situations.
