Yorkshire brewer Theakstons has raised AGBP650 for a hospice in a radio charity auction.

Executive director Simon Theakston offered one of Theakston's limited-edition minature casks for auction, plus a meal for two at its White Bear hotel in Masham and a personal tour around the brewery. The prize package fetched AGBP325 in the radio auction, organised by Harrogate's Stray FM. A second listener then matched the winning bid, and was offered a meal ...
