The judging panel for this year's Top 100 Vins de Pays competition has been confirmed. The 16-strong panel includes retailers, suppliers and wine writers including Waitrose's wine buying manager Justin Howard -Sneyd MW, Majestic wine buyer Chris Hardy, Marks & Spencer winemaker Jo Ahearne and Thresher Group head buyer Jonathan Butt.
