Staff must make most of a difficult situation What is wrong with the staff and managers of Threshers? It seems noAone took any notice of our chief executive and they continue to use OLN as a bulletin board for criticism instead of going through the right channels, ie their district manager.
Yes, the open door policy isn' great but in my experience it does have a positive impact on footfall and sales, which far outweighs the inconvenience to the odd customer. And if the staff are cold, they obviously aren' working hard enough .
