Wine writer and broadcaster Andrew Jefford will introduce visitors to the London wine fair to the indigenous grape varieties of Southwest France, in a seminar that also looks at how different terroirs affect the grapes. Malbec, Fer Servadou, Petit Manseng, Tannat and Negrette are among the varieties that will come under the microscope at 11.30am on May 21 in Excel's London Rooms 5 and 6, Southern Gallery.
