Chianti profile raising Thirty-four independent wine merchants have signed up to Chianti tasting on Jan 26 -27 to help increase awareness of the Tuscan wine region. The Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico's Black Rooster tasting weekend, organised in conjunction with OLN's sister publication Wine & Spirit, will ask retailers and customers for feedback on four wines.
