(From Hull Daily Mail)
Racing towards a sea of thousands of Hull FC fans - Kirk Yeaman always knew he would make it.
His sensational 85-yard try kick-started a brave Hull FC second-half fightback, which saw them lead 12-10 with just 15 minutes remaining.
FC eventually lost out 28-16, as Saints' class told in the dying stages with three late scores.
But Yeaman believes the Black and Whites' performance gives plenty of reason for optimism looking ahead.
"I thought the scoreline flattered Saints a bit and there was nothing between the two sides whatsoever," he told the Mail.
"If we can perform like that regularly then we'll be fine.
