About 30 jobs have been lost at Hull caravan manufacturer Cosalt Holiday Homes as part of an ongoing restructuring process.

The cuts, from the firm's Stockholm Road site, were made around the middle of last month the Mail has learned.

According to one industry source, they are part of preparations to sell the firm by the owners, Grimsby-based marine safety firm Cosalt Plc.

The source told the Mail Cosalt Plc was planning to sell the holiday homes business to an unnamed rival firm in the East Yorkshire region.
