Hull: A city website design agency has pledged its support for workers with mental health problems.

Eskimo Soup Creative in High Street, city centre, has joined the Mindful Employer Charter, a voluntary agreement supporting employers with a positive approach to mental health.

The initiative is run by the National Institute for Mental Health England, part of the Department of Health's Care Services Improvement Partnership.

It aims to tackle the potential negative effects mental health issues have on companies and employees.

According to the National Institute for Mental Health England, stress, depression and anxiety are the main cause of lost working days.
