Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout is the highest honor in Scouting, and a family that counts even a single Eagle Scout among its members has justifiable reason to feel proud.
Needless to say, members of the Boggess family of Arizona, which boasts four living generations of Eagle Scouts, feel very good about that achievement!
The senior Eagle in the family is T.S. Boggess, who happens to be 96 years old. (For those who don't know, once an Eagle Scout, always an Eagle Scout.)
Following in T.S.'s footsteps are his son, Tom, who is 66; his grandson, Tom, who is 41; and--most recently--his great-grandson, Shelton, who is 13.
