The University of Wisconsin-Madison is paying $250,000 to settle a suit with a former power plant employee for sexual harassment and discrimination.

Amy Gabel, the only female employee at the heating plant at that time, claimed that the plant supervisor made unwelcome sexual advances toward her and retaliated after she rejected his advances.
