INDONESIAN VP ASKS SMEs TO BRAND THEIR PRODUCTS.
JAKARTA, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - Vice President Jusuf Kalla has asked small- and medium-scale businessmen to brand their products so that Indonesians consumers can feel proud in using the goods.
"It is time for us to brand our products. If so far, women feel proud when they consume things with the Gucci brand and men feel the same about Dunhill- and Kenzo-branded goods, people today should be made proud of using domestically-branded products," Kalla said when opening the 6th Small- and Medium-scale Enterprises and Cooperatives (SME's Co) Festival here on Thursday.
