Although it can be a financial risk, two more colleges are adding football programs to recruit paying students.

Georgia State University's football program will compete in Division I-AA starting in 2010. It will offer up to 65 scholarships and mostly be paid for by a $65 annual student fee.

Hendrix College in Arkansas will become the state's only Division III program. The school hopes ...
